. MPCA General Industrial Stormwater Permits will expire in 2020. Renewal Applications will be posted to the MPCA website in Fall of 2019.
Curious about the new industrial permit? The University of Minnesota Erosion and Stormwater Management Program will be offering a half-day training in Arden Hills on October 25th. The event focuses on the new permit regulations, benchmark monitoring locations, how to obtain a “No Exposure Exclusion, and the e-services portal. MPCA Industrial Stormwater Program staff will be in attendance and there will be ample time for questions and answers and small-group work.

MN OSHA ADOPTS FEDERAL OSHA REPORTING REQUIREMENTS
As of March 18th, 2015 MN OSHA has adopted the Federal OSHA Injury Reporting Requirements which will change the types of injuries that must be reported to MN OSHA. While MN OSHA has adopted these reporting requirements now, these requirements do not go into effect until October 1st, 2015.
